AB 916 Health: Underserved Communities – establishes a Task Force on the Health Care Needs of Farmworkers to develop a comprehensive agenda of programs and public policy initiatives that are designed to address the health care needs of farmworkers in California.
AB 2064 Childhood Immunizations – requires a health care service plan to reimburse a physician for the full cost related to acquiring and administering the vaccine.
AB 2096 District Hospitals Uncompensated Care – adds district hospitals to the pool of hospitals that benefit from the uncompensated care funds being allocated through the MediCaid 1115 waiver.
