AB 916 Health: Underserved Communities establishes a Task Force on the Health Care Needs of Farmworkers to develop a comprehensive agenda of programs and public policy initiatives that are designed to address the health care needs of farmworkers in California.

AB 2064 Childhood Immunizations requires a health care service plan to reimburse a physician for the full cost related to acquiring and administering the vaccine.

AB 2096 District Hospitals Uncompensated Care adds district hospitals to the pool of hospitals that benefit from the uncompensated care funds being allocated through the MediCaid 1115 waiver.
