Scheduling Requests

If you are planning an event in the 80th Assembly District and you would like me to participate, or you would like to request a meeting with me in one of my district offices, please contact the Indio district office at 760-342-8047 for assistance. If you are going to be in Sacramento and would like to schedule a meeting with me or invite me to an event in the Sacramento area, please contact my Capitol office at 916-319-2080 for assistance.

You can also print and fill out a Scheduling Request Form and fax it to either office, as appropriate.

Constituent Services

Please contact my district office staff if you require assistance with a state agency or state governmental office. We can provide you assistance interacting with agencies such as the Department of Motor Vehicles, Franchise Tax Board, CA Consumer Affairs Bureau, and on issues related to unemployment and disability insurance, healthcare and Medi-Cal claims, wrongful termination claims, housing and community development issues and various government forms. My staff can also refer you to federal, county or city representatives, when appropriate, for further assistance.
