SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KTLA) -- Amid growing health concerns surrounding bisphenol A, or BPA, Gov. Jerry Brown has signed a bill banning the chemical from baby bottles and toddlers' drinking cups.
Gov. Brown announced Tuesday that he had signed The Toxin-Free Infants and Toddlers Act (AB 1319), which prohibits the manufacture, sale, or distribution of baby bottles and toddlers' drinking cups containing more than 0.1 parts per billion of the chemical
