Assemblymember Betsy Butler Releases Statement on State of the State Featured

SACRAMENTO –Assemblymember Betsy Butler (D-Marina del Rey) released the following statement regarding Governor Brown’s State of the State address:

“Governor Brown’s candor and optimism about California is refreshing.  I am proud to once again work with him to build on the progress we made last year by passing another on-time budget this year.  We will also be working together to ensure California gets the new revenues necessary to put our fiscal house in order.

Finally, I would like to encourage my Republican colleagues to come in from the cold.  Work with us toward the solutions that are supported by the majority of Californians.”
