FRESNO- California State Assemblymember Henry T. Perea (D-Fresno) is seeking nominations to honor distinguished leaders in our community for the 31st Assembly District's 2012 Women of the Year Awards.

Each nominee should be a woman who has, over the past year, made a significant contribution to her community with notable accomplishment and has not previously been recognized.

Nominees will be honored at a ceremony in March. Please feel free include letters of recommendation and/or newspaper articles that support your nominee.

The deadline for nominations is March 16th. Please fill out the nomination form or apply online at www.asmdc.org/perea.
