SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Lawmakers are sending Gov. Jerry Brown legislation that would expand California's prohibition against employers asking job candidates or employees for access to their social media accounts.
The Senate approved AB25 by Democratic Assemblywoman Nora Campos of San Jose 32-1 on Wednesday.
