SACRAMENTO – Assemblymember Nancy Skinner (D-Berkeley) today announced Governor Jerry Brown signed Assembly Bill 2641 to provide non-profits clear and streamlined information and forms on a single government website.

"AB 2641 creates a central point on the Governor's Go-Biz website for non-profits to conveniently access the information necessary to operate," Skinner said. "I am proud to author legislation that helps non-profits continue their mission of supporting our communities."

The Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development will provide online the information and forms required for incorporation and renewal for non-profit organizations.
