Assemblymember Joan Buchanan spent the morning on Friday, September 23, at Contra Costa County's Los Arboles Head Start and Early Start Center. Joan had a great time meeting staff and interacting with the children during their activity time. One student, Hali, presented Joan with a beautiful Rainbow Fish drawing. Head Start's early education program continues to produce results by instilling children with essential learning tools that will help them succeed in the future.
