Over two million veterans live in the state of California and over 47,000 live in Solano and Yolo Counties. This represents the largest veteran population in America. As a member of the Assembly Committee on Veterans Affairs, I feel strongly that providing assistance to these veterans and their families is the very least we can do to try and repay them for their dedicated service. We must continue to recognize and reward their sacrifices.

There are many organizations, agencies, and web sites devoted to informing and assisting these patriots. I hope that these resources will serve as a guide to the opportunities and benefits available to them.

My staff and I are always on hand to serve our constituents in any of their concerns. Please write, call, or visit us if we can be of any assistance.
